The confectionery factory of Chisinau SA «Bucuria» is one of the most actively developing enterprises of the food industry of the republic. It is the greatest and sole in the republic of Moldova specialized enterprise for the production of all types of sugary confectionary, chocolate and chocolate products. At the enterprise, the production of different types of caramel is arranged. There are drops caramels, including milk caramels; caramels with fruit and liquor filling; caramels with refreshing and chocolate-nut filling stratified with caramel mass; caramels coated with chocolate coating.

Besides the above listened types of production, SA «Bucuria» produces marmalade on pectin and agar basis; marshmallow on pectin and agar basis, and also marshmallow coated with chocolate coating; toffees, including replicated toffees; drops with nut, fruit, sugar corps; chocolate candies, uncoated and coated with chocolate coating, with praline, nut, cream, liquor, whipped, jelly, fondant, marzipan filling, with filling on fruits and berries preserved in alcohol basis, on sublimated dried berries basis, on dried fruits basis, with combined layers, with filling between wafers layers; dessert chocolate with and without additions; chocolate wafer cakes. A special popularity was obtained by the cake «Lapte de pasăre», and also by the gift sets of candies. The biscuits, the wafers are of permanent demand. The technologies of the enterprise did not avoid the persons which, because of their health condition, may not consume the usual sweets. For such buyers, the production of diabetic production is arranged, which include the candies «SANA Meteorit» and «SANA Prună», the sticks «SANA Batonaşe» and the chocolate bars «SANA Dor», the wafers «Artek SANA» and the biscuits «De la iepuraş». The popularity of these products served as another proof of the fact that the lack of sugar does not influence the taste.

The Lenten production is also present in the assortment line.

At the factory, automated, half-automated, flow-mechanized lines are installed, including from the main European manufacturers:

  • the German-Austrian automated pouring complex for the production by the one shot method of chocolate and chocolate candies with simultaneous pouring of the chocolate and different praline fillings (cream fillings without additions and with addition of grinded nut, coco chips, fruit «crisps» etc.; liquor; «ganash»; milk; jelly fillings: «Gloria Praline» (with sesame, with almond taste and aroma, walnut, hazelnut); «Gloria Cocos»; «Gloria Frutelia» (with various fruit «crisps»); «Gloria Quantro»; «Gloria Rom Irlandez» and «Gloria Glamour» (with Irish and Columbian rum, French and Caribbean rum); «Gloria Tre lece»; «Gloria Trufe»;
  • the Italian automated line for the production of dessert chocolate («Bucuria»), chocolate candies with praline fillings with whole or grinded nuts («Favorit»), with berries and fruits preserved in alcohol («Vara»), bars on the basis of European high quality cocoa butter substitutes («Dor»);
  • the Dutch-Italian complex for the production of biscuits: «Magie Plus» (with condensed milk, honey and poppy-seeds, coco chips, sesame and vanilla, lemon oil, cappuccino, cinnamon); «Morăriţa» (with sultanas and peanuts); «Ţărăncuţă»; «Limpompo» (biscuits for children); «Noroc» (cappuccino coated with chocolate coating);
  • the Austrian line for the production of wafers with filling: «Artek» (with milk cream, with chocolate cream, with halva cream, with cream of milk and peanuts, with milk-chocolate cream, with coffee cream, with lemon cream, with cappuccino cream; «Artek SANA» for diabetics;
  • the German equipment for the production of coreless chocolate figures in colorful foil (rabbits, hearts, Santa Claus, mobile phones);
  • the complex of German equipment for the primary processing of the cacao and nuts and for the production of chocolate masses.

At the enterprise, new production areas were created for the production of the candies «Lapte de pasăre», «Chişinău de seară», «Do-re-mi», «Meteorit». At SA «Bucuria» a department for the production of exclusive gift sets of candies of manual production is functioning – for example, the sets of candies «Forastero» and others.

Our aim is to rapidly and flexibly respond to the wishes and possibilities of the consumers and, at that, observe the highest requirements to the quality of the production. This refers both to the ready production and to each separate stage of work in the tendency of the whole enterprise to reach the established aim.
